Customer is running a private telephone exchange where he has distributed the telephone lines to the shops in the shopping center. So something was required to have pre-paid billing like system against the telephone service provided.
Customers are given a facility to make outgoing calls within the credit limit specified.
Once the given credit limit is crossed by the customer he is considered as "Due for Billing".
The renewal amount is then collected from the customer to re-fill / re-charge the account.

A complete call billing software with all regular features and reports.
Provision to add and configure the consumer details.
Provision to view the current bill amount per consumer - Live Status.
Provision to view due consumers / extensions for billing with their respective current bill amount.
Pre-Defined "Collection Report" (Pre-Paid Statement) for the consumers crossing the billing amount limitation.
History records (Previous Bills) for consumers.
Details of Transactions of Billings.
"Search" option to find a specific consumer / extension.
Receipt like bill for distributing it to consumers.
